There are so many commonalities when it comes to the challenges my clients are facing, but your environments and cultures are wonderfully unique. That’s why I really can’t offer ‘off the shelf’ stand and deliver type approaches – the benefit of working with me is that I’m the perfect sized operation to tailor any activity to your needs. I love nothing more than getting to know your organisation, understanding what’s going well, what’s creating the pain points and learning the acronyms (ok, maybe that last one is a stretch, but I do like to learn!).

Charlotte did two sessions for us in February 2021 around some themes that have emerged for parents since the COVID 19 pandemic. She covered some key areas such as burnout and managing your energy rather than focusing on time pressures which our employees found incredibly insightful. 1:1 sessions that can be used for any purpose – packages usually start with a minimum of four sessions. Some clients have used them to spread across preparing for parental leave and then continued until they’ve returned to work, for others it’s been solely focusing on the return or where there are specific challenges after becoming a parent. There’s also the option of small group coaching where a bespoke programme will be designed around your business needs and those of the delegates.

EMPOWERING LINE MANAGERS WORKSHOP
Empowering line managers session covers things you can do as a line manager to set someone up for parental leave, keeping engaged during leave and setting up for a strong return. The content is flexible and can focus solely on one of these stages though i.e. Supporting Strong Returns. Typical content includes how to have strengths based conversations, how to manage boundaries, creating space to face into limiting beliefs about parents, the practical things you can do to help somebody returning to work and help lift it out of policies and into action.

3 hour workshops for up to 10 parents returning to work after any form of parental leave. Exploring topics around defining success, managing boundaries, working in a multi-format world, preparing for conversations, facing into expectations and other topics to help set them up for success.

Supporting cohorts of parents returning to the workplace after a significant amount of time out of employment. I often partner with recruiters to be able to do the end to end of attracting the talent, followed up with a full programme of workshops and coaching.
