Working with businesses

The cost to recruit can roll up into the thousands, so retaining your nurtured and valued talent is often on the list of priorities for any business. It can be a challenge for businesses, but I’m here to help and guide you through best practice for retaining your teams and to build your reputation as a talent magnet. Working with strengths coaching and practical talent management approaches will keep people engaged, support your line managers and help you build a legacy of being a supportive and forward thinking employer.

Charlotte did two sessions for us in February 2021 around some themes that have emerged for parents since the COVID 19 pandemic. She covered some key areas such as burnout and managing your energy rather than focusing on time pressures which our employees found incredibly insightful. Charlotte was knowledgeable and thought provoking but most of all looked at what our employees needed and created content that really worked.

If you’re a company we can help with:

1:1 sessions that can be used for any purpose – packages usually start with a minimum of six sessions and include a Strengthscope® report. Some clients have used them to spread across preparing for parental leave and then continued until they’ve returned to work, for others it’s been solely focusing on the return or where there are specific challenges after becoming a parent. There’s also the option of small group coaching where a bespoke programme will be designed around your business needs and those of the delegates.

Investment starts from £2,300

There are two versions available – one for parents and another for line managers. In the parent session we cover everything from defining success, boundaries, working in a virtual world and lots more in between. These are usually three hours and can be run online or in person (when appropriate)

Investment starts from £850

Through individual coaching support or group workshops, we can work with those that have the biggest impact on an employee’s engagement – line managers. Our workshops go beyond policies and instead look at the conversations you can be having to make the biggest positive difference to your teams no matter what stage they’re at in combining parenting and having a career. These are usually three hours and can be run online or in person (when appropriate).

Investment starts from £850

For any size of business, but often used by those that don’t have huge numbers of returners (so they’re looking for a format that isn’t a regular workshop). We can bespoke a digital workbook so that you have the content and activities designed to support parents and line managers right from the point of preparing for parental leave to going beyond the return process.

Investment starts from £2,000

If you know you have a need that is impacting parents in your organisation, we have a range of topics that can be covered through live online workshops. Previous topics that have been covered for clients have included imposter syndrome, burnout and working with your strengths and values.

Investment starts from £1,600

A longer-term initiative to give very focused attention to your returners. It might be used for a function specific programme i.e., tech returners or more broadly across your business. It starts with a diagnostic on your needs and a bespoke deisgn follows.
