The bear minimum is the 90 minute workshop and the 45 minute group call a week later. Beyond that it’s up to you what you invest in it – there’s a workbook and the daily prompts, all of which can be revisited when you need them.
Employers can fund your space – drop me an email to arrange, or if you’d like to use it as a keep in touch arrangement I can speak to your employer.
WHEN DO I JOIN?
When you’re a couple of months away from returning to work would be ideal but it’s not an exact science. You might be returning to your employer, starting fresh somewhere or job hunting, this is for you. Previous attendees have gone on to apply for new jobs, developed return plans with their employer and got some clarity around their career options.
